Description
| In the summer of 2005, new installations were set up at the small Bliesgau dairy in the middle of Mandelbachtal. After they started bottling milk in autumn, the product line now includes milk, curd and yoghurt (natural or with fruit). In the stores of WASGAU AG, there are products of the ‘WASGAU Natur Organic’ label. All goods are produced with natural fat content of the milk (at least 3.7%). Shortly, the milk itself will be offered fat reduced (1.5%). Bliesgau milk is pasteurized and homogenized, but otherwise untreated. Since May 2010, there are milk cartons with screw top. The cultures of yoghurt, cream cheese and curd are kosher the entire year, except for the period of the Passover. |
